Who we are

This website and our programs are run by Global Acquisition Hub, operated by Darshit Pandey (sole proprietor), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to globalacquisitionhub.com, our forms, webinars, programs and member area.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business details and answers you submit in forms, applications, assessments or scorecards.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the amount and transaction ID. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Program activity: attendance, homework submissions, progress in the member area and messages you send us.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you use the site.
• Session recordings: live sessions may be recorded. If you speak or turn on your camera, you may appear in the recording.

How we use it

• To deliver the programs you join, give you member access and support you.
• To process payments, issue receipts and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To reply to enquiries and review applications, including for the Global Acquisition Engine.
• To send updates, reminders and offers by email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• To improve our website, content and programs, and to measure our advertising.
• To prevent fraud, misuse and security issues.

Legal basis and consent

We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or join a program, and where it is needed to perform our agreement with you or to meet legal obligations. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer deliver a program to you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Payment processors such as Razorpay
• Email, WhatsApp, video-call, scheduling and hosting tools (for example Kit, Zoom, Cal.com, Google Workspace and our website host)
• Learning platform and video hosting providers
• Advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google
• Our team members and contractors, under confidentiality
• Authorities, where the law requires it

Some of these providers store data outside India. We use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google tools, to keep the site working, understand how it is used and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are a member or as long as we need it for the purposes above, then for the period required by tax, accounting and other laws. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. To make a request, email info@globalacquisitionhub.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our programs are meant for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
