About these terms
These terms apply to your use of globalacquisitionhub.com and to any program, call, webinar or service you buy from Global Acquisition Hub, operated by Darshit Pandey (sole proprietor), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the website or joining a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our programs.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and up to date.
Our programs
- Global Acquisition Hub is a training and coaching program. It includes live sessions, recordings, community calls, 1:1 calls and other features described at the time you join. Access lasts for the period stated at enrolment.
- Global Acquisition Engine is a selective done-for-you engagement. Seats are limited to one new business per quarter. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and terms are agreed in a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
We may update program content, schedules, tools, bonuses and session timings to improve the program. Live session dates may change, and we will tell you in advance where possible.
Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or another payment provider. Applicable taxes, if any, are added as required by law.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.
Your access and conduct
- Your access is personal. Do not share your login, recordings or materials with anyone else.
- Be respectful in sessions and communities. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares confidential information of other members, spams or disrupts sessions, without a refund.
- Do not record, copy, resell or redistribute our sessions or materials.
- Results depend on your own effort. You are responsible for your business decisions and for following the laws that apply to your business.
Intellectual property
All content we provide, including videos, slides, frameworks, templates, scripts, AI tools and the website, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it for your own business only. You may not copy, sell, license or publish it, or use it to train or run competing programs.
No guarantee of results
We share methods that have worked for us and our members, but we do not guarantee any income, number of clients or other result. Please read our earnings disclaimer. Any guarantee only applies if it is given to you in writing at enrolment, on the terms stated there.
Third-party tools
Our programs may use or recommend third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Google, Meta and payment providers. We are not responsible for their services, outages, policies or charges.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program.
Testimonials and recordings
With your permission, we may share your feedback, results or testimonial. Live sessions may be recorded and shared with other members of the same program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.
